Service Description

About the class: This class is designed to serve as a basic, hands-on introduction to the craft of blacksmithing. This is a fairly active class, with a strong emphasis on student participation and will involve a healthy amount of heat, noise, sweat and physical exertion. For Ages 18+. Students will learn: - information on tools and equipment - material selection - body mechanics - design consideration - forging process and techniques - heat treating principles - finishing methods Schedule & Details: - Saturday & Sunday Availability - Classes last 6-8 hours depending on the size of the class. - Classes are limited to 4 students per class. - Each student leaves with a bottle opener and knife that they will have forged out during the class. *Classes are non-refundable

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and you may need to reschedule. We are more than happy to work with you on setting a new time and date if your current class time does not work for you. We will not contact you to reschedule if you do not show up for your scheduled class. Please let us know 48 hours in advance if you are not going to make it for your class, otherwise you will forfeit your ability to reschedule. *Classes are nonrefundable.
