The Forged in Kol paring knife is the workhorse of the kitchen. With a 4.5” blade  giving a lot of blade to work with but not to much that it gets in the way. The blade is AEBL Stainless giving rust resistant of stainless with the ease of sharpening of carbon steel.
Handle is Black and Natural micarta with Blue G10 spacers and brass pins.
