The Forged in Kol Prep knife is a.great balanced knife.  With a 5.5" blade  giving a lot of blade to work with but not to much that it gets in the way. Being a nice balance between a chef and paring knife. you will find yourself reading for this knife more then and other in your kitchen.
 The blade is AEBL Stainless giving rust resistant of stainless with the ease of sharpening of carbon steel.
Handle is  Black and white micarta with Pink G10 spacers and brass pins.
